@confluenzeasudest invited me to join a beautiful project - an illustrated book about the Danube Delta, with illustrations inspired by Romanian writers from the Danube Delta (or who wrote about it in their novels), alongside mini docu-comics about the Delta's population and history. @rocccchi_silvia has already contributed beautifully to this project - you can see her illustrations at http://ritrattodimicaela.confluenzeasudest.org/
This one here is the first mini comic out of 4 I'm working on, and it's an adaptation of Chira Chiralina by Panait Istrati. I must admit I struggled a bit, being my first ever comic and text adaptation, but it was a welcomed challenge.
